Place a heaping tablespoon of Buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching them together to seal and form a ball.
Place the chicken-filled dough balls, seam side down, on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush each ball with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve warm with ranch dressing or blue cheese for dipping
