Ingredients
160g wheat flour
200ml milk
8g vanilla sugar
8g baking powder
2 tbsp Stevia sweetener (plus 1 tbsp sugar)
2 tbsp oil
1 egg
1 apple
Pinch of salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Raisins to taste Apricot jam to taste Chopped almonds
to taste Step-by-step preparation Apple preparation: Remove the core from the apple and cut it into thin slices, without peeling it. Sprinkle the slices with lemon juice and set aside. Mix the ingredients: In a bowl or container, place the egg and add the vanilla sugar, salt, and Stevia sweetener (or sugar). Beat well until frothy. Add liquids:

Incorporate the flour:
Add the flour little by little, continuing to mix to avoid lumps.
Sift and add the yeast.
Assemble in the pan:
In a non-stick pan, spread a layer of Stevia sweetener.
Arrange the apple slices and raisins on top.
Finish the batter:
Pour the prepared batter over the apples and raisins in the pan.
Cook:
Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
Turn the cake over and cook for another 5 minutes.
