Ingredients:
For the crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or your favorite cookie crumbs)

¼ cup granulated sugar

½ cup melted butter

For the cheesecake filling:
16 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, but helps with flavor)

For the jam topping:
½ cup fruit jam (any flavor you like: strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, etc.)
