


Ingredients:
– 1 pc Cabbage
– 1 pc Onion
– 2 cloves Garlic
– 1 pc Carrot
– 4 tbsp Flour
– Salt
– Pepper
– Provencal herbs
– Black pepper
– 4 pcs Eggs
– Oil and butter for frying
1. Finely chop the cabbage and pour boiling water over it; leave for 30 minutes.
2. Once cooled, squeeze the cabbage well and place it in a deep bowl.
3. Heat oil and butter in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown.
4. Squeeze garlic through a press and add grated carrots; fry for a few minutes.
5. Transfer the onion and carrot to the bowl with cabbage.
6. Add flour, salt, pepper, Provencal herbs, black pepper, and mix well.
7. Beat the eggs and add to the mixture, then mix again.
8. Heat oil in the frying pan, spoon in the mixture, and fry until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy!
