50g brown sugar
1 egg
10g melted butter
Preparation
Whisk together the egg, brown sugar and melted butter.
After 25 minutes of baking, remove the cake from the oven and spread the mixture over the entire surface.
Return to the oven for 10 minutes.
Once out of the oven, let it cool before removing from the mold and cutting into beautiful, delicious slices.
