1 zucchini, sliced
A handful of green beans, trimmed
1 onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, grated or sliced
Optional: sweet bell pepper, pumpkin, or turnip

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon paprika
