Ingredients for the dough:
3 apples & 3 pears
60g flour
70g brown sugar
1 sachet of yeast
2 eggs
10cl milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon rum
Preparation
Whisk together the milk, rum, eggs and oil. Separately, mix the brown sugar, flour and yeast. Combine the 2 preparations and whisk vigorously to make the mixture frothy.
Turn on the oven to 180°.
Peel and remove the seeds from the apples and pears, cut them into thin slices and add them to the dough. Mix well so that each slice of fruit is well coated with the dough then pour everything into a mold and bake for 25 minutes.
