Slow Cooker Beefy Tortellini 



Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (optional)
1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
1. Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
2. Add beef, pasta sauce, tomatoes, and seasoning to the slow cooker.
3. Stir in tortellini.
4. Cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1.5–2 hours.
5. Stir gently, garnish with parsley, and serve.
